A resident of the area since 1983, Olivia combines deep local roots with a unique background in interior design to offer a holistic approach to real estate. A trusted advisor since 1996, Olivia holds specialized certifications as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and professional stager. Known for her warm, person-centered approach, she is dedicated to helping families find not just a house, but a dream home.

When not with clients, Olivia enjoys cooking, historical fiction, and spending time with her family in Wayne.

Rosie’s business works to your benefit. A graduate of West Chester University, she has served as a key account representative with the Vanguard Group, a sales representative with the Silvestri Corporation and a manager with KidsRUS. Her experience, attention to detail and other business skills shine in every real estate transaction. She volunteers with the Wayne Arts Center, and she is an active member of the Radnor Conservancy, The Bryn Mawr Film Institute, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation and volunteers with the Chester County Foodbank. She has also achieved The Five Star Real Estate Agent award for the last 10 years. Rosie has achieved client goals with integrity, enthusiasm and energy as a full-time focus since 2003.
